All our shoes are manufactured in European size standarts, so make sure to visit our  Size Chart  to see the US & UK conversions. The great thing about BUB is, once you find your perfect size you will have no doubt for your next order. All designs have same fitting.

If you are indecisive between two sizes, we recommend you to order smaller size.

While measuring your foot length, be sure you do it in a standing position.

We ship worldwide free excluding Mexico, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Brazil and India. We ship all the items from Istanbul, Turkey. For further information please see our  Shipping Policy.

There may be duties and/or taxes applied to your order when delivery is made or billed to you afterwards dependent on your local government’s customs regulations. BUB does not take responsibility for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by BUB.If you are uncertain of the charges or whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office for more information.

USA & Australia : There is No Custom Duty or VAT for under amount of 800$. It means no unexpected additional costs for you !
