Shipping Policy
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship free worldwide excluding Mexico, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Brazil and India. We ship all the items from Istanbul, Turkey.
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after they are placed. We ship all orders via DHL & UPS. Shipments generally reach the destination in 2 business days.
Please note, delivery charges do not include import duties & taxes that may be due when the package reaches its country of destination. Your package may require a signature and payment of a duty upon arrival. Duties vary by country.
CUSTOM DUTIES & VATS
There may be duties and/or taxes applied to your order when delivery is made or billed to you afterwards dependent on your local government’s customs regulations.
BUB does not take responsibility for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed. If you are uncertain of the charges or whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office for more information. Below you can see some specific information for certain countries.
USA & Australia
There is no Custom Duty or VAT for under amout of 800$. It means no unexpected additional costs for you!
Europe countries
It is not expected you to pay any custom duties but you will most probably have pay VAT which is around % 18-25 vary by country.
Russia, Kazakstan & Azerbaijani
There is no Custom Duty or VAT for under amout of 1000$. It means no unexpected additional costs for you!
SHIPPING PROCEDURES
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is SHIPPED, we will send you an email within 24 hours containing your tracking number. If you do not receive this email after 4 business days of your order, please contact us via info@bub.shoes and our customer service team will be glad to assist you.You can track your order anytime by your tracking number.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
CHANGE & RETURN
We know you’re going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return or exchange them in an unworn condition within 30 days of placing the order.
In the case of a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@bub.sheos prior to sending back your item(s). Please specify the reason and wait for the confirmation email before you make the shipment. BUB has a right to deny any return or exchange items shipped without a prior declaration email and confirmation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,
o We’ll refund you 100 percent of the product price you paid straight back to the account of payment method/bank account used.
o Only the deliveries sent by UPS and DHL will be accepted and please note return shipping costs are your responsibility.
